CRC-IB Advises Tyr Energy on Tax Equity Investment in 200MW Wind Project

CRC-IB has advised Tyr Energy (“Tyr”), an owner, manager, and developer of North American independent power projects, on its tax equity investment in the 200MW Bowman Wind project. The project is located in North Dakota and is expected to achieve commercial operation in Q4 2025.

 

CRC-IB served as financial advisor to Tyr on the transaction, providing structuring, due diligence, and negotiation support.
