Beginning your career path with CRC-IB can give you exposure to financial services at the highest level. As a full-time Analyst or a Summer Analyst/Associate, you will be fully immersed in M&A and project finance deal work with hands-on apprenticeship support. You will build relationships with our senior leadership and external clients while learning the ins and outs of investment banking and renewable energy markets..

Developing high-performing talent is our #1 priority – we are here to support you. For full-time new hires, CRC-IB provides a one-month training program that involves internal and external sessions, as well as study time for FINRA licenses. We regularly host culture-building events like firm happy hours, all-hands meetings, team outings (axe throwing, golf simulators, river rafting), and our annual 3-day offsite.
