CG/ CRC-IB Advises Innergex on Sale of 30MW AC Solar and 30.7 MW / 122.8 MWh Solar-Plus-Storage Project
CG/ CRC-IB has advised global independent power producer Innergex on the sale of its Hale Kuawehi project, a fully operational 30MW AC solar and 30.7 MW / 122.8 MWh solar-plus-storage facility located in Hawaii. The project reached commercial operations in March 2025 and has been acquired by a leading multinational renewable energy company.
The transaction represents a key milestone in the project’s lifecycle, marking its successful transition from development and construction into long-term ownership while highlighting the growing investability of high-quality solar-plus-storage assets and their role in enhancing grid resilience.
