CRC-IB Advises ContourGlobal on Acquisition of 151MWdc Solar Portfolio

CRC-IB is pleased to announce the successful acquisition of a 151MWdc solar portfolio by ContourGlobal, a KKR-backed global independent power producer. The portfolio includes two late-development-stage solar projects in South Carolina slated for commercial operation in 2029.

CRC-IB served as exclusive buy-side advisor to ContourGlobal on the transaction.
