CRC-IB Deepens M&A Capabilities with Strategic Director Hires
CRC-IB is pleased to announce the hiring of two M&A Directors, Micah Kaplan and Daniel Parsons, as the firm continues to scale its M&A capabilities to meet rising client demand across corporate and asset transactions. Micah and Daniel bring extensive transaction experience and longstanding relationships that will further enhance CRC-IB’s advisory services across the clean energy sector.
Micah Kaplan joins CRC-IB from Goldman Sachs, where he most recently served as Lead Execution Vice President for the firm’s North American Energy Transition M&A practice. He brings significant corporate M&A expertise and deep relationships with top-tier private equity sponsors and infrastructure investors.
Daniel Parsons joins from Marathon Capital, where he served as a Vice President focused on platform and asset M&A. He has a strong track record in originating and executing complex renewable energy transactions and will play a key role in strengthening CRC-IB’s M&A capabilities while driving new client engagement.
