Solar Outfit Retains Advisor for Strategic Review

Inman Solar, a photovoltaic developer and EPC company, has retained CohnReznick Capital Markets Securities to advise on a strategic review, SparkSpread has learned.

The privately-owned company develops, designs and installs commercial and utility-scale PV systems.

Projects Inman Solar has installed include a two-phase facility at the Chattanooga Metropolitan Airport in Tennessee and a facility at a solar panel manufacturing plant owned by a subsidiary of Sharp Electronics Corp. in Memphis, Tenn.

Atlanta-based Inman Solar is owned by its three principals: Dan Fossitt, Mark Jones and Steve Chiariello.

Officials at the company and CohnReznick Capital Markets Securities could not immediately be reached for comment.
