CRC-IB Advises Sabanci Renewables on $185M Tax Equity Financing for 272MW Solar Project

Sabanci Renewables Inc., the North American subsidiary of Sabanci Holdings, a leading Turkish industrial and financial conglomerate, has closed on $185M in tax equity financing for Project Cutlass II, a 272MW utility-scale solar project located in Fort Bend County, Texas. Tax equity investment for the project, Sabanci Renewables’ first in the U.S., was provided by Advantage Capital.
