CRC-IB Advises Sabanci Renewables on $137M Tax Equity Financing for 232MW Solar Project
Sabanci Renewables Inc., the North American subsidiary of Sabancı Holding, a leading Turkish conglomerate, has successfully closed on $137M in tax equity financing for Project Oriana, a 232MW utility-scale solar project located in Victoria County, Texas.
The project has a Spring 2025 targeted commercial operation date, upon which it will contribute much-needed clean energy to Texas residents and businesses.
