CRC-IB Advises Pivot Energy in Raising Financing for 72 Megawatt Community Solar Portfolio
Pivot Energy, a leading national renewable energy provider, has closed on financing for a 72 Megawatt (MWdc) community solar portfolio with underlying projects located across five U.S. states. A large global retailer provided financing for the portfolio, which is currently under construction with a 2025 target completion date. Upon commercial operation, the projects will supply renewable energy to various subscribers, including C&I customers and low-to-moderate-income households.
CRC-IB served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pivot Energy on the transaction.
