CRC-IB Advises Innergex on $54.4M Tax Credit Transfer Agreement for 30MW Solar / 120MWh Battery Storage Project
CRC-IB is pleased to announce its role as exclusive financial advisor to Innergex, a global independent renewable power producer, on the successful execution of a $54.4 million tax credit transfer agreement for the Hale Kuawehi Solar and Storage project in Hawaii.
Recently placed into service, the project integrates a 30MWac photovoltaic solar array with a 30MW / 120MWh battery energy storage system, delivering both clean generation and energy security to the island region. The transaction was executed in partnership with Foss & Company, serving as tax credit syndicator.
