CRC-IB Advises Eolus on Sale of 100MW / 400MWh Battery Energy Storage Project

CRC-IB has advised Eolus, a leading renewable energy developer, on the sale of Project Pome, a 100MW / 400MWh standalone energy storage project located in Poway, CA. The project is currently under construction and is expected to reach commercial operation in the first half of 2025.
CRC-IB served as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Eolus on the transaction.
