Dimension Energy (Dimension), a leading community solar developer, owner, and operator, has successfully raised $360 million in tax equity and debt financing for a 112MWDC distributed generation solar portfolio. The 28-project portfolio spans Delaware, Illinois, Maine, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
CRC-IB served as exclusive financial advisor to Dimension, leveraging its deep expertise to efficiently secure financing in a complex and competitive tax capital and debt market.
