CRC-IB Advises ContourGlobal on Project Financing for 324MWp Solar Project
CRC-IB is pleased to announce the successful close of a $350 million aggregate financing package for ContourGlobal’s 324MWp Black Hollow Sun solar project. The transaction includes tax capital provided by a North American independent power producer and construction and term debt financing from a club of global lenders.
CRC-IB served as exclusive financial advisor to ContourGlobal.
This transaction marks ContourGlobal’s first U.S. renewable energy project financing and first tax equity investment, reinforcing its strategic expansion in North America.
