CRC-IB Advises Clēnera on Debt Financing for 403MW Solar / 688MWh BESS Project

Clēnera LLC (“Clēnera”), a leading developer and operator of renewable energy assets across the U.S. and a subsidiary of Enlight Renewable Energy (NASDAQ: ENLT), has successfully secured debt financing for Country Acres, its 403MW / 688MWh solar + battery energy storage project located in Sacramento, CA. Currently under construction, the project is expected to achieve commercial operation in 2026 and will deliver clean energy to approximately 80,000 California households upon completion.
