CRC-IB Advises Catalyze in Raising Tax Equity and Debt Financing for Distributed Generation Portfolio

Catalyze, a fully integrated developer and Independent Power Producer (IPP) of distributed renewable energy assets, has successfully closed on an $85M tax equity investment and a $400M multi-year debt warehouse facility to support its growing distributed generation portfolio.

The tax equity financing will be used to fund the completion of approximately 75MW of commercial & industrial (C&I) and community solar projects across the US. The debt facility will support the construction and aggregation of Catalyze’s broader development pipeline.

CRC-IB served as exclusive financial advisor to Catalyze on the transactions.
