Manish Hebbar, Managing Director – New York
Manish joined the firm in 2017, bringing extensive transaction experience in buy-side advisory and full-stack capital raising (equity, tax equity & debt). He has a core focus on utility-scale wind and solar projects and has been instrumental in executing several of the firm’s marquee transactions, including Gulf Pacific Power’s recent acquisition of an 812MW portfolio of operating wind projects in the U.S. and Canada. Manish also leads the firm’s Modeling & Structuring team which provides innovative transaction structuring advice for renewable energy clients. Michael Tatarsky, Director – New York
Michael joined CohnReznick Capital as a Senior Associate in 2015 and was promoted to Vice President in 2017. He provides advisory and transaction management services to renewable energy sponsors and investors. Some of his recent transaction experience includes advising First Solar on the sale of their 437MW development portfolio, and sPower on the debt and tax equity financing for the 218MW Prevailing Wind project. Michael was previously an Associate on Santander’s Asset & Capital Structuring team, focusing on cash and tax equity principal investments in the renewable energy sector. Michael Yurkerwich, Director – New York
Since joining CRC-IB in 2013, Mike has advised on over $1 billion in buy and sell-side transactions and $500 million in structured equity financing, totaling more than 3GW of renewable energy projects. He specializes in structuring M&A and Project Finance transactions across utility-scale and distributed generation assets. Most recently, Mike has been driving the firm’s efforts with its carbon capture and sequestration initiative.
