CohnReznick Capital Advises Pivot Energy in Raising Tax Equity and Debt Financing for 90MW Distributed Generation Solar Portfolio
Pivot Energy, a national solar provider with a distributed energy (“DG”) platform serving the full solar ecosystem, has closed on a $190 million tax equity and debt financing facility from Foss & Company and Silicon Valley Bank, respectively, for a 90MW DG solar portfolio located across several U.S. states.
CohnReznick Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Pivot Energy on the transaction, managing both the tax equity and debt advisory processes.
