CohnReznick Capital Advises Lightsource bp in Raising Tax Equity for 316MW Solar Portfolio in Texas

Lightsource bp, a global leader in the development and management of solar energy projects, has successfully closed on a tax equity investment from Bank of America for a 316MW solar portfolio. The portfolio consists of two projects located near Dallas, TX – Elm Branch Solar (163MW; corporate virtual PPA with L3Harris Technologies) and Briar Creek Solar (153MW; proxy generation PPA with Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty).

CohnReznick Capital acted as exclusive financial advisor to Lightsource bp on the transaction.
