CohnReznick Capital Advises ENGIE North America’s Distributed Solar in Raising Financing for a 75MW Distributed Solar and Battery Storage Portfolio
ENGIE Distributed Solar, formerly SoCore Energy, announced that it has closed on an investment from Goldman Sachs’ Alternative Energy Investing Group for a 75MW portfolio of distributed solar and battery storage projects. The innovative financing structure allows for the deployment of ENGIE North America’s national portfolio over the next 12 months and includes projects that will immediately start generating energy under their offtake contracts.
