CohnReznick Capital Advises Ecoplexus on Equity Interest Sale in 100MW Solar Portfolio

Ecoplexus Inc., a leading renewables developer and Independent Power Producer, has sold partial equity interests in the 50MW, California-based Distributed Generation (CA-SUN) portfolio and the 50MW Minnesota-based Community Solar Garden (MN-SUN) portfolio to Harrison Street, an alternative investment management firm.

CohnReznick Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Ecoplexus on the transaction.
