CohnReznick Cap Markets Continues to Build Team in Renewable Energy and Sustainability Sectors, welcomes Gary Durden

New York, NY March 9, 2016 – CohnReznick Capital Markets Securities, a leading boutique investment bank, welcomes Gary Durden as a Director. Gary will help lead CohnReznick Cap Markets’ continued growth in Renewable Energy and Sustainability Sectors, leveraging his significant structuring experience and technical expertise to lead transactions for a diverse set of clients.

Gary was previously a Senior Vice President at GE Energy Financial Services where he led underwriting and structuring efforts for equity investments in utility-scale and commercial and industrial-scale energy projects. In addition to his depth in transaction experience, Gary led training for deal teams on modeling, valuation and partnership accounting.

Prior to GE Energy Financial Services, Gary served as a Lieutenant in the US Navy and taught undergraduate classes to Navy midshipmen at Villanova University. A CFA charter holder, Gary earned an MBA from Villanova University, a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, and completed graduate-level coursework in Nuclear Engineering at the Navy’s Nuclear Power School.
