CG/ CRC-IB Advises Heelstone Renewable Energy on Tax Equity and Debt Financing for 102 MWDC Solar Project

CG/ CRC-IB served as exclusive financial advisor to Heelstone Renewable Energy (“Heelstone”), a premier U.S. utility-scale platform and a Qualitas Energy company, on the tax equity and debt financing for Project Murch Solar, a 102 MWDC solar project located in Michigan.

The project reached financial close in March 2026 and is supported by a long-term corporate power purchase agreement with a U.S. hyperscale data center developer. Construction is underway, with commercial operations expected in 2026.
