CohnReznick Capital Advises Lightsource BP in Raising Financing for a 125MW Utility-Scale Solar Portfolio
Lightsource BP has closed on a tax equity investment from Guardian Life Insurance Company, via its partnership with the Rockwood Group, for 125MW of solar projects across four US states. The portfolio includes the largest solar project in Pennsylvania and upon completion will offset in total more than 133,000 metric tons of greenhouse gas emissions.
CohnReznick Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Lightsource BP on the transaction.
