CohnReznick Capital Advises Avondale Solar, LLC and Solar Plus Development, Inc. on Sale of 350MWac Solar Project to ACCIONA Energía

CohnReznick Capital is pleased to announce the sale of the 350MWac Red-Tailed Hawk solar project (the “Project”) from Avondale Solar, LLC and Solar Plus Development, Inc. (the “Sellers”) to ACCIONA Energía. CohnReznick Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to the Sellers on the transaction.

The Project is located near Houston, TX, the fastest growing load center in ERCOT, and is expected to reach commercial operation in 2024.
